Flynn has been drilling Missouri water since 1954, and a lot of the people here have been with the company for decades. We run 8 drilling rigs, 14 pump rigs and a large fleet of service trucks out of five offices, so there is real work all year and a real path from helper to operator to project manager.
Crews work across the whole state, on everything from a single household well to a 1,500-foot municipal supply. If you want to learn the trade properly, this is a place that still teaches it.
