Before you call
A stopped well is not always a dead pump
When your well stops, it does not necessarily mean the pump has gone bad. It is often something much simpler — a faulty pressure switch, a tripped breaker, a bad capacitor. The best thing to do is have a crew come check it out and repair it on the spot if needed.
We keep service records on every property we have ever worked on, so if Flynn drilled or serviced your well before, we can often tell you what is down there before the truck leaves the yard.
Good to know
Two things homeowners ask us most
If you rent the property
Our company requires the owner of the property to consent to the work, and the signature of the legal owner — even where the renter is going to be paying for the repair.
Weekend leak repairs
It depends on the situation. We have to call in locates to Missouri One Call to get utilities marked before digging, and that typically takes three days to come back.
