Flynn Drilling Co., Inc. runs this website to explain what we do and to let you get in touch. We collect as little as we can to do that.
What we collect
If you fill in the bid request or contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, telephone number, email address, the service you selected, the site location and whatever you write in the questions box. We also record the IP address and approximate city the submission came from, which helps us filter automated spam.
We use that information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out and record the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside the company, other than the email provider that carries the message to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If site analytics are enabled, they run through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you across other websites.
Phone calls and service records
Separately from this website, Flynn Drilling keeps service records on properties we have worked on — well logs, equipment installed, work carried out and dates. These records are how we can tell a homeowner what is down their well decades later, and they are kept as business records rather than marketing data.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes requests in order to serve the pages to you and may log request data for security and performance. Form submissions are delivered by email. Links out to Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Your choices
If you would like to know what information we hold about you, would like it corrected, or would like us to delete an enquiry you sent, contact us and we will take care of it.
