The St. Clair branch
Where the mains run out
Drive southwest out of St. Louis County and the subdivisions give way to acreages, and the acreages are on wells. Franklin and Jefferson counties hold a very large number of private water systems, many of them drilled decades ago and now on their second or third pump.
The St. Clair branch is built around that: Alan Burgess, our residential service and sales manager, runs the crews here, and the work is mostly pump and motor replacement, pressure tanks, water line repair, control boxes and hydrants — plus new wells for houses going up outside the metro.
Because Flynn keeps service records on every property we have ever worked on, a homeowner who has just bought an older place can often find out what is down the well before we send a truck.
